I have made at least 50 of these. Instead of ribbon for wings I bought wings at a craft store. You can add things for them to hold that really dress them up.

All 3 of the kids and I made these. I did use some old cards but one year I bought some that would fit in the toothpick frame and than we added small itemson the bottom like small minerature trees or birds or small deer. Friends always liked these too:

I have wanted to make the folded star ornaments for the longest time. Thank you so much for posting the patterns. On the first pattern it mentions beads but where do they use them? Can't see them in the pictures.
